This ensemble consists of a skirt, bodice, and cape with a romantic and bucolic mood; the bodice fastens at the neck with a satin ribbon, as soft white tulle ruffles fall gracefully over the bust and waistline. The balloon skirt is crafted from cream-colored silk taffeta over multi-layered striped white tulle ruffles. The cape/poncho is enchanting, featuring small, slightly asymmetrical white tulle ruffles with fabric flowers in neon shades of pink, cream, ecru, and white scattered among the ruching. Love at first sight!!
