National
Delivery is free throughout Italy.

National shipments are managed through the MBE service; therefore, the couriers entrusted with the shipment may vary: UPS, FEDEX, GLS, DHL.

International
International shipping costs will be charged to the Customer as follows:

35.00€ in Europe;
70.00€ for countries outside the EU;

Delivery times:

Prices and Duties
The prices displayed, payments, and invoices for our products are in Euro. Your bank or credit card issuer will apply its own exchange rates. For the following countries, the price shown on the website already includes all customs duties and import taxes. Customers in these destinations will not have to pay any additional fees upon delivery: Australia, Bahrain, Canada, China, Japan, Kuwait, India, Lithuania, Macau, Malaysia, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States. For all other countries, any customs duties and import taxes will be calculated and requested at the time of delivery by the courier. Please also note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the costs of return shipping to the sender will be charged to the customer. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the refund due. There are no restrictions on the items we ship. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the package has been delivered to the address provided, we will no longer be held responsible for any damage.

RETURNS
If you have doubts or questions before purchasing, or if there are particular circumstances that require a special evaluation, we invite you to contact us directly before making the purchase, to clear any doubts and to allow us to help you in your choice. We are always available to discuss solutions that can satisfy both parties. In accordance with Art. 64 of Legislative Decree n. 206 of September 6, 2005, and subsequent amendments and additions, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without any penalty and without specifying any reason within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products at the address provided during the purchase process.

 

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an e-mail to info.vagueatelier@gmail.com containing:

Name and Surname;
Order number;

The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to requests that do not specify the details mentioned above, unless the Customer sends a new correct request. All delivery costs for the return of products are borne by the Customer.
Products must be returned within the term applicable to the right of withdrawal to the following address:

All risks related to the return shipment are borne by the Customer.
To be refunded, the returned products must be as sold.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method (credit card or PayPal) and in the same currency used for the purchase. The refund time may vary depending on the payment circuit used for the purchase. Any variations between the amount paid and the amount refunded due to fluctuations in exchange rates will not be refunded. Our wedding dresses are Vintage.
They are carefully researched, selected, and restored in order to have different models and, above all, quality items in our atelier. We try in every possible way to deliver them to the best of their potential, but it is certain that perfection cannot be achieved. The signs of age on precious fabrics cannot be completely eliminated; they remain, in any case, parts of the history of each garment.
The history that a dress carries with it must not be considered a defect. We kindly ask our Customers to strictly follow our return/exchange policy.
