describing this wedding dress is not easy, but i will try, hoping to convey the joy that fills my heart when looking at it; my daughter and i found it in rome, owned by a lady who collected vintage dresses but, unfortunately, without much care. this "jewel" was in terrible condition, yet we purchased it firmly believing in its potential. thanks to a careful, patient, and loving restoration, the dress has regained its original beauty! a true miracle because now the gown is in very good condition, with no significant stains or tears, and every single detail is original; as you can notice, it is very intricate, and i will try to highlight its unique features: the neckline is round and trimmed in velvet with mini bows; the 3/4 sleeves are in "nude effect" lace, and the upper part of the bodice also features floral lace with a nude effect, adorned with mini gauze fringes; a large drape frames one side of the dress, a sheath model that slides straight along the body, delicately enveloping it; mini silk flowers embellish the sides of the dress both at the top and bottom, while scenographic maxi fringes adorn the center. the back is truly articulated, beautiful, and enchanting: elegant and sensual geometric plays, soft drapes, fringes, and flowers intertwine to create harmonious movements of intense femininity. the fabric is very precious—an impalpable, fluid, shiny, and velvety silk satin; the color is ice white. we bow to such craftsmanship; the dresses of that era were magnificent and precious, a tribute to elegance! a Sposa wearing this will leave everyone speechless! we heartfully thank the restorers for allowing us to present this "jewel" that deserved to be admired and worn again. we confirm that its vintage condition is very good; of course, it is not perfect—only slight imperfections remain on the fabric, which was expected after about a century of life. for lovers of antique clothing, this is both acceptable and appreciated. if you are interested in evaluating them, send us a message and we will be happy to send extra photos and videos. so much work that makes us proud and happy!
